Applications

Z-type steel sheet piles are widely used in automobiles, railway vehicles, shelves, electrical cabinets, highway guardrails, building steel structures, containers, tranission towers, steel sheet piles, cable bridges, agricultural machinery, furniture, vegetable greenhouses, pipe supports and other fields.



Device Selection  The Z-type steel sheet pile is sinked by a vibratory pile driver, the construction speed is fast, and the pile pulling effect is better. Compared with the impact pile driver, the construction noise is all, the pile top is not easy to damage, the operation is simple, and there is no oke generated by diesel or steam hammer construction. The principle of the vibratory pile driver is to tranit the vertical vibration generated by the machine to the pile body to reduce the resistance around the Z-shaped steel sheet pile, which is conducive to the penetration of the sheet pile.

Construction processThe Z-type steel sheet pile is driven by vibration piling method, and the pile is pulled out by a 50-ton crawler crane with a vibrating hammer. The construction steps of Z-type steel sheet piles are in order: set guide pile frame→clean up Z-type steel sheet piles→insert and drive Z-type steel sheet piles→set internal supports→plug leakage→suction mud→harden base→construction of platform and pier body→remove Z Type steel sheet pile.  Insert Z-shaped steel sheet piles. Fix the temporary guide frame on the drilling platform and install the pile hammer under stable conditions. Insert the piles until they are all closed, and then drive them to the elevation in sections and times. The sequence of pile-inserting starts from the middle of the upstream and symmetrically inserts on both sides of the pile and closes in the downstream. The single sheet pile construction method and the screen method piling are combined during pile driving. First drive the sheet piles into the soil one by one. In order to prevent tilting, after one pile is driven, weld it to the previous one to prevent tilting and avoid being carried into the soil by the piles driven later. Insert 10-20 sheet piles into the soil to a certain depth, make the pile machine hammer back and forth, and drive the piles at both ends to the required depth first, and then drive the sheet piles in the middle part in sequence to prevent the sheet piles from tilting And turning.  Plugging. After the Z-type steel sheet pile is inserted in place, a circle of colored strips can be enclosed on its outer side, and the steel pipes can be tied to the bottom of the cloth to sink into the river bed, and pressed with sand bags. Close to the sheet pile, play a certain role in waterproofing, use cotton sand to plug the leaking part of the side of the sheet pile that is not dense, and the blocking effect is obvious. The deeper leakage can sink coal ballast to the leaking place to stop the leakage.
